Accueil très mauvais - voire insultant pour notre collègue à qui on a demandé une caution avant d'entrer dans sa chambre réservée (au cas où des choses seraient cassées), caution qui n'a jamais été mentionnée auparavant. Nous nous sommes interrogés sur le caractère inique de cette situation.

"Bel hôtel sur Perrache, bien placé, à la déco très sympa"

L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste à côté de la gare Perrache, parking et ligne tram. Le jardin est sympa également et le personnel adorable.

La chambre côté rue car il y a eu du grabuge dans la nuit et la moquette des chambres pourrait être nettoyée plus souvent.

Die Zimmer u das Bad sind eine Zumutung, das Personal sehr freundlich. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht.
