My confirmed request for handicap accessible accommodations were not honored upon my arrival after an 8+ hour drive - VERY DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING.

The room had a strong odor when we checked in. Almost like someone had smoked in it previously, and they tried to cover it up. Also, the price when booked online vs what I paid when I checked in was not the same.
