Enormous bed was a real positive - beyond expectation - excellent. Reception staff were particularly good - friendly and very efficient.

Breakfast was only fair to poor. The only eggs on offer were scrambled, and were dry and poor. Grilled tomatoes were under done. Croissants seemed to be the pre-made type and so did not taste fresh. - Nothing actually 'wrong' with the breakfast, it just wasn't 'good', which was a shame because the rest of the visit was excellent.

Staff repeatedly knocked on my door even though I had requested a 2 PM checkout at the reception. They continued to enter my room while I was undressed. I expressed my concerns about my dignity to the staff, who responded insensitively, saying he didn’t care and mentioned he was gay. I pointed out that his sexuality does not diminish my right to dignity. It was the worst experience of my life; it felt disgusting as he kept staring at my naked body and urging me to leave. I explained that I had three pieces of luggage and needed a few minutes to get dressed. Despite this, they continued to knocked the door and eventually barged in, which was very upsetting.

Location and breakfast

Our neighbours were noisy just after midnight and reception did nothing. Unsure whether other guests complained. Stayed here many times without any problems.
