La situation, le calme, le côté familial, l’amabilité du personnel à l’accueil, au restaurant et au spa. La piscine a été grandement appréciée par cette forte chaleur

Le manque de professionnalisme et d’organisation du personnel du restaurant le soir. De bonne volonté et aimable mais débordé et mal organisé. On ressent que tout le personnel n’est pas forcément du métier car oubli de commande, 3 serveurs différents pour servir 2 boissons, longue attente sans donner d’explication ni excuse, les bonnes manières logiques sont absentes (ex. Donner une carte en disant ‘tenez’, servir les plats en décalage, servir monsieur avant madame… n’est pas très professionnel) Une petite formation d’équipe serait conseillée pour certains.
