The hotel grounds and the room were well maintained and clean.

Lack of sound proofing: we could hear people in neighbouring rooms talk.

The staff was really helpful with answering all my questions and it was nice a quiet

We loved the location as it was next to the wedding venue

So.. we got a message the night before our stay advising the lifts were down. Therefore we had to use the stairs which was somewhat okay.. however the bar was not open, the restaurant was not open either and the beds were not that great abit hard. We were so excited for our stay but to get there and have nothing open or no lifts was really disappointing. There was no advertisement about the bar nor restaurant not being open either nor any communication from staff.. we would like to stay again at another point but hopefully everything is up and running
