"Would 100% stay at this hotel again. It had everything we needed and the location was excellent."

The lady behind counter was very helpful and helped us out everytime we needed something. She was very pleasant and also advised us on door security and the haves and nots around the location.

The floor was very bad creaking and noisey. Needs to be fixed as I could hear other visitors.

"We were able to get into our exceptional-in-every-way accommodation without any trouble."

Everything was exceptional, including the location - close to restaurants, grocery and shops. We really enjoyed the restaurant next door. The water was within walking distance also.

It was occasionally a little noisy, due to its convenient location. The hostess offered us a different apartment.

Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend und ideal, um die Stadt bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Es war sehr viel Kommunikation im Vorfeld für den Check In nötig, der online erfolge, obwohl eine Person an der Rezeption war. Nicht alle Informationen machten Sinn. Das war sehr lästig während der Anreise. Die Darstellung auf Booking wirkt jedoch teilweise etwas irreführend, da nicht klar erkennbar ist, welche Fotos zu welchem Apartment gehören und die tatsächliche Unterkunft nicht in allen Punkten den Bildern entspricht. Unser Apartment war sehr großzügig geschnitten, wirkte im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften dieser Preisklasse jedoch eher schlicht und etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Zudem waren mehrere Installationen in der Wohnung nicht stabil befestigt, darunter Wasserhahn, Klobrille und Toilettenpapierhalter. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft für uns in Ordnung, aber nicht herausragend.

Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Appartement mit Holzfußböden, Küche und Bad schön gekachelt, hohe, helle und geräumige Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Lage sehr zentral: in Baixa und den angrenzenden Vierteln kann man sehr viel zu Fuß erkunden. Ansonsten Tram, Busse und Metro 150m entfernt. Die Rezeption ist tagsüber oft besetzt, Gepäckaufbewahrung am An- und Abreisetag war möglich.
