"Enjoyable stay. The bits that matter are fresh and clean. It would be better if the rest of the house was up to the same"

Easy to find. Very comfortable bed, clean bedding and towels. No noise disturbance. Plenty of room in lounge, tv easy to operate.
Property is very tired, needs a little attention. Quite dusty in places and traces of mould. Cutlery a mish-mash and small mugs.

Kitchen good, sitting room lovely, conservatory lovely, central heating very efficient.
The bathroom needs replacing, the shower was fixed in one position so had to be hand held to stop it soaking the back wall. Tiling grubby shower screen not clean enough so shower curtain in situ. Bathroom in my opinion should be immaculate and up to date.
