Worst hotel EVER!!! Bonvoy Platinum member. Never had our room done and they didn’t care. It’s not a luxury hotel!!!!!!

Really a great experience all around. Terrific staff, great location, comfortable rooms at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Bathrooms could use an upgrade

The Hotel Clio is a very nice hotel, but we had several issues that weren't properly resolved during our one night stay! The temperature in our room was 75 degrees. We called the front desk to have someone come up and address the issue. A maintenance person came up and was in our room for 10 minutes and said that he had resolved the problem. We waited about 30 minutes for the temperature to go down; it never did. By the time we realized that he hadn't repaired it, our grandsons were asleep and we didn't want to have anyone else in the room to attempt again to repair the thermostat. It was very uncomfortable & nobody slept well at all. I brought up the issue the next day with the desk clerk (Jean) & he only offered to credit our valet parking. The second issue that we had involved the on-site restaurant, Toro, double charging us for our breakfast on Monday. The AmEx credits needed to be applied & they weren't. It involved two phone calls by me (during my vacation) to resolve this issue. The third problem that we had was that we requested a late check out. Unfortunately, our room keys were deactivated @ noon. It involved two phone calls to get keys that worked after noon. I will say that Ivan did a fabulous job when we checked in & helping to resolve the over charge. I appreciate his efforts very much!

Sadly, this hotel is in need of repair and updating. So many other luxury hotel options in the area. This hotel is usually my go to, but I'm trying the Halcyon this trip in December.

Stayed here as it was close to National Jewish Health and it turned out to be a perfect spot. Less than 10 drive to NJH and right across the street from the Cherry Creek Mall. Very nice restaurant in the hotel.

We stayed three nights as it was the “wedding party” hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. Just down the hall is an our water station with both still and sparkling which was just awesome! We had an event at the hotel an everything was lovely. We would stay here again!

Staff was very helpful. Hotel is close to shopping and food. Clean and easy to get around.

Very good experience with a couple of issues. Booked through American Express Platinum which supposedly provides for a free room upgrade, if available. I had contacted the hotel ahead of time to let them know that it was my husband’s 70th birthday and I would greatly appreciate if they could upgrade the room. Upon arrival, I asked them about the upgrade and the associate said that yes, they had upgraded us to a Mountain View room. However, I paid for a Mountain View room, so that’s clearly not an upgrade. The room was clean in general, with nice bedding. The location in Cherry Creek is excellent. And a special shout out to the valet service, which was phenomenal. Eddie and Jeila were particularly helpful. Much appreciated!
