Hotel Clio, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Denver Cherry Creek

My stay at this hotel was overall a wonderful experience, with only a minor hiccup along the way. The valet service was quick and efficient, and while the $59 overnight parking fee seemed steep, it was reasonable for a big city. Check-in was a breeze since I had already checked in online, though my digital key didn’t work, so I had to grab a physical key card. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, even offering us sparkling wine—though serving it in glasses would have been a nicer touch! One of my favorite features was the Butler’s pantry on each floor, stocked with sparkling and still water, apples, and energy bars—making it easy to stay hydrated without relying on plastic bottles. There was also a carafe in the room, which made refilling water convenient. I had pre-arranged a birthday cake for my niece, and while the front desk acknowledged it at check-in, it wasn’t in the room when we arrived. After a quick call, it was delivered later. Even though there was a little hiccup with the timing, the execution was nice, and I truly appreciated that they reached out before our stay to confirm and fulfill our request. Though the surprise didn’t go as planned, the cake itself was delicious, and we ended the celebration on a happy note. The bathroom setup was excellent, with a separate shower and bathtub—definitely a plus. In the morning, complimentary coffee and water were available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The hotel also offers some great amenities, including: Daily local transportation within 3 miles (12 PM–8 PM) Two-hour hotel bike rentals for up to two guests Complimentary tickets to either the Botanical Gardens, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, or Denver Zoo (for two guests per stay) After checking in, we spent the afternoon shopping at the nearby Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and furniture stores (Natuzzi, Design Within Reach, and Crate & Barrel), as well as the mall across the street. The next morning, before checking out, we took a lovely walk to the Botanical Gardens, which was only about 20 minutes away. Aside from the small hiccup with the cake, my stay was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again!

I recently stayed at the Hotel Clio for about ten nights. In short, the Clio is great - the room was large, comfortable, airy, modern, and nice. Every single staff member with whom I interacted - from the front desk staff, to the valets, to the restaurant servers, were helpful, friendly, and professional. In particular, the valets were great. We had several guests joining us for a family event and the staff was also great to each of our guests. I understand the Clio was previously a somewhat dated JW Marriott. The owners of the hotel spent a lot of money and put in considerable effort to make the Clio feel like a new, modern hotel and they certainly succeeded. I look forward to staying at the Clio when I return to Denver.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The ambiance, attention to detail, and top-tier service made my stay truly unforgettable. I slept like a baby—the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was perfectly quiet and relaxing. Anything I needed was provided immediately, making me feel like a valued guest at all times. The service was impeccable, but Kimberly and Elsa truly stood out. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made my experience even more special. If you’re looking for a luxury stay where comfort and service are top priorities, this is the place. I can’t wait to return!

This hotel is wonderful. They make you feel special and lots of good stuff going on. The location is superb, minutes for shopping in any direction and steps always from great dining.

Absolutely perfect stay!! My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. From the moment we entered everyone was kind and attentive. Danny went out of his way to make our stay memorable! Toro was a lively, great bar to relax and unwind at! The hotel was immaculate. The rooms were so cozy and had every amenity. It felt more like a luxury condo than a hotel. Wonderful location we were able to walk everywhere during our stay. We will def be back!!

An outstanding hotel in a great location in Denver. We have stayed at the Hotel Clio numerous times and will not stay anywhere else. The service in every area is top notch. The rooms are what you want in a hotel. The Toro restaurant where we ate several times was terrific. I highly recommend Hotel Clio.

Excellent stay at the Hotel Clio! My favorite place to stay in the Denver area! The location is in the heart of Cherry Creek, with shopping and restaurants right out the front door! The best part of staying at The Clio is that everyone from the valet to the front desk, to room service and housekeeping is very friendly and professional! I want to give a shoutout to Kim, Denny and Ra who really went the extra mile to assist me on this trip!
