good Location and staff are very good

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The first room provided was extremely noisy due to the kitchen exhaust at the back, which made it feel like staying in an industrial area rather than a hotel. Although the room was changed promptly upon request, which I appreciate, the second room also had issues. There was a nightclub on the ground floor, and the loud music continued until around 4 AM, causing significant disturbance throughout the night. I would strongly suggest addressing these concerns, especially soundproofing. For a first-time guest, this kind of experience may discourage them from returning or recommending the property to others. This is an important area that needs attention.
