Aus dem Bett hatten wir ein schöner Blick auf den Hafen. Waschmaschine und Tumbler waren kostenlos. Waschmittel wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Zimmer war alles notwendige vorhanden. Cafemaschiene, Kühlschrank usw. Gepäck konnte deponiert werden.

Wir waren an den Osterferien dort, daher war der Preis etwas höher.

The reception was friendly, the room was ok

The name says resort but it is really a motel, the price is for a resort. This is the most expensive place we have stayed in.

We spent hours looking at all of the accommodations in Tofino and opted for Tofino Resort based on reviews. Unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations, especially considering we were traveling with two young children. To start with the positives, the rooms are very spacious, which we appreciated as a family of four. Additionally, the views of the harbour were truly beautiful and are the highlight of this property. However, the positives were quickly overshadowed by a series of major issues that made our stay very difficult: • Plumbing Failure & Lack of Support: On night one, our toilet stopped working entirely. When we reported it, we were told that maintenance had already gone home for the day. We were left to endure the night without a functioning toilet—an unacceptable situation when traveling with two children. No compensation for this inconvenience was offered by the staff. • Broken Balcony Access: The sliding door to our balcony was broken, meaning we were unable to use the balcony space throughout our stay. • Environmental Issues: Most evenings, there was an overpowering smell of marijuana that drifted directly into our room through the air vents. • Utility Issues: To add to the frustration, the faulty hair dryer in the room tripped out the electricity to our room. We had to ring down for someone to flip the circuit breaker. Overall, I would say this is a perfect hotel if you are visiting for surfing but not as a family with two younger children. Nb. There is no lift at this hotel so you need to walk up stairs with your luggage if staying on third floor.

It was my error in not checking my booking. we needed two rooms with 2 beds. There was only one with 2 beds available. Your staff was very helpful in providing extra blankets and sheets so that my daughter could sleep on the floor. as there were no cots or an extra matress available. Your staff person on duty was excellent! The Easter event for my great children was a bonus.

We would have liked to have both rooms closer to my granddaughter and her children but it was a very busy weekend and this was not possible.
