You can't get to the Bar from Pool. There was construction and nothing was mentioned of this, even at check in. Parking was full and we paid for parking and had to park across the street.

Location, staff, room on ocean, room was nice, goody bag,

Floors in rooms were really dirty . Our feet were black, not just our room but 3 other rooms that our friends had as well.

Location, front desk was very friendly.

The room was very dirty, the walls were all cracked, the creases of the floor were extremely filthy. They asked us to leave our keys in the parking lot so they could move our car since they had double parking. Yet there was a sign that says they don’t protect against theft? Told us they had security all day every day. There was never anyone there after our first day. Called us while at the beach because they told us they were working on the parking lot and we needed to move our car. They shut down half the parking lot and parking garage only leaving about 8 spaces. While only giving us a 20 min notice.
