"Kein Hotel - Pas un hôtel - Not a hotel."

Kein Hotel - Pas un hôtel - Not a hotel. This is a rip-off! Images on Booking show a dining room., a cosy building, and nice surroundings. All this is lies! The building is closed and semi-abandoned, nobody there to welcome you, the code I was given to enter the place didn't work, I had to phone to get a new code. Withe the key that the outside machine delivered, I could'nt open the door room. Than it appeared the door was broken. So was the furniture. Besides, the roem id like a student room. And, just in front of the hotel, ther is a noisy construction site. I must admit the breakfast was OK. Even tough, this is a ripp-off. I paid CHF 149.- for this room that would be worth CHF 40.- Booking, get me my money back and put an end to your contract with these thieves!
