Bahama Bay Resort

Our overall stay was wonderful. The young man that checked us in and out was very nice and made us feel very welcomed. The only downside was our air went out the second day we was there. I called the front desk and spoke with a nice young lady. She told me she would send someone over. My family was okay without the air working with the ceiling fans and sliding doors. We will stay here again no questions asked. Next time if anything happens I will go to the front office in person instead of call. It not all on them. We had an amazing time. Thank you all at Bahama Bay Resort!!

So many things to do here that we didn’t need to leave the property. Nice place close to many attractions. Had a minor issue with maintenance of property, but onsite staff responded quickly. Place was tidy and well kept, but did notice that bottoms of our socks and feet were picking up a lot of dirt from floors. Maybe better mop system or carpet deep clean is needed. Overall, still great place.

Large apartment , great value for money , lovely grounds , safe for kids , balcony was netted which helps with bugs, location really good , Ubers easily available if don’t want to drive , no lifts which may be an issue for some , ask for ground floor if may be an issue , two nice swimming pools and a lake

The area was very peacefully and safe. Loved the screened in balcony. Nice pool and hot tub. It was great to have a grill that we could use. Nice that it was close to attractions, but not too close. The staff at the club house were very friendly and helpful. There were always employees out maintaining the landscaping. It is beautifully kept with nice walking paths. Wish we could have had more down time to enjoy the amenities. Our unit was 913 in building 20. There were a few issues that could be addressed. The oven would smoke when used causing the smoke alarm to go off whenever the oven was opened during use. The washing machine didn’t spin the water out on some of the cycles. The master bedroom could benefit from the mattress being flipped, the mattress is sunken in where you lay. Over all we loved our stay and would defined stay here again and recommend this property to others.

Nice and quiet resort

Unit needs some updating. Towel are very worn and beds aren’t overly comfortable. Outside is nice, only went to one pool but it seemed clean and warm.
