It is a little outdated, their food prices are high. It seems like the want to charge money for everything. Too far from malecón and all the acción.

I love this hotel, installations, location, clean. My only part I did not like is the restaurant. I ordered shrimp coctel and they served me a glass with some cook shrimps with lettuce base. I am from Sinaloa and they don't make coctels like that one. By being a place that received a lot of tourism, I would think that the restaurant should serve the traditional Mazatlan food and not United states food. For the rest, I love Torres Mazatlan.

The property is beautiful, the staff are top notch. I have never had a bad meal in the restaurant in over 30 years going to Torres. Plenty of green space so it doesn’t feel like a concrete jungle. 10/10!
