Great stay at Torres during Day of the Dead celebration. Wonderful altars in honor of departed loved ones. Memorable ash scattering in the ocean. Great food and friendly service by all staff. Great views of grounds and ocean. Plenty of shade available. Loved the pool, views of coconut trees and the palapas with lounge chairs and food/drinks service (and more than one happy hour a day).

This property is THE BEST! You do not even have to leave as it's right on the beach and has the best restaurant on site. The staff is amazing and are more like family. They remember your name and are the friendliest. I will go back every year!!!!!

The location was perfect for us, a little out of town, so it was quiet and relaxing, only a 5 minute cab ride to the golden zone. The staff was AMAZING!!! From check in with Gaby, to pool side and the restaurant with Francis, Martin, Javi, Ismael, Antonio, Paco and more, I'm sorry I don't remember all of your names. Their attention to detail made my trip more fantastic than I could have imagined. The beach right out front was beautiful too and Pepe you were a joy to shop with everyday, I love all my new jewelry!!! The food!!! La Palapa, the restaurant on site is delicious and reasonably priced for being on property. I did not have one bad bite and I ate at least one meal there every day of our 11 day stay. The limonada is exceptional and the guacamole will bring a tear to your eye. Two happy hours every day was pretty great too and the guys worked so hard to be sure everyone was happy and had all they could possibly want. I really have never seen a staff that works so hard and did it with a smile, a genuine smile. By the time we left we felt like family, I know that is cliche but it is true. The ONLY negative is that the murphy bed mattress was hideous. If children are sleeping on it, it would be fine, but NOT for adults. I have mentioned this to the resort, so hopefully they will take this into consideration and swap them out in the near future. I probably could have asked for it to be changed, but I didn't think of that. We will ALWAYS stay here when in Mazatlan!

"Family reunion "

Everything was ok only I just felt they have better attention to foreigners and I think we all pay the same for a good service
