"I like the layout and the tranquil nature of the Oasis."

Good price and comfortable.

The room smelled like fish and the issue was reported. Rather than have services spray perfume which for me is worse than the fish we had to leave the doors open. Being I was with family in the next door condo I did not ask to change rooms.

"Relaxed stay with kids"

This was a perfect match for family with small kids(4 and 6). It took one minute to get to the pool which is very kids friendly, lot of toys and closed community make it feel safe and relaxed. As a bonus point guava tree with fresh fruits. Keep in mind the place is something in between classic bed&breakfast and hotel.

It was an unpleasant surprise that towels are not replaced and non clean if you stay is shorter than 9 days. Again this is more like airb&b rules not classic hotel one. But there is washer/dryer so not a big deal.

The location, the amount of pools and how pretty the grounds were.

The automatic lights that would go on in the bathrooms. It wakes up another person in the room.

Nice layout for our family; condo was clean; grounds were clean and pretty; felt safe

Front desk staff at check in was not welcoming; person was efficient but bordering on rude. It was off-putting as our initial interaction at the resort.

"Nice and reasonable place for a comfoartable stay"

The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The location is central and in close proximity to major attractions and trails. The pool is on a smaller side but it's clean and not crowded as there several pools throughout the resort.

Our unit was on the ground floor and was dark even at noon. The decor is outdated, some items such as shower head need updating.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. It was convenient to downtown Palm Springs but we would have been happy to just stay at the Resort. The pools were relaxing. It's very quiet overall which we enjoyed.

Our only suggestion would be to add fans to the units. The air conditioning was cool but keeping the air moving would have made it more comfortable.
