The check-in was quick, the breakfast and staff were great. It was a dog friendly hotel. The parking lot needs to be repaved and the inside needs some renovation.

Carpets appeared old and needed cleaning and the halls and lobby had floor fans running at all times for some reason . The staff I encountered were great! Luggage carts had bad wheels making them hard fto use.

Microwave cuts off in the middle of heating food. Housekeeping didn’t vacuum and didn’t leave any clean towels. I called front desk to let them know about the towels and was told to come get them. Charging station for cell phones didn’t work. Didn’t leave any cups and coffee.

"Management refuses to issue points to longtime Hilton Honors member"

Three weeks after my business stay and I'm still miffed. Our group leader routinely blocks a group of rooms for our crew while we are working. When we arrive at the hotel we get the room reserved for us put in our name so each crew leader can pay for the night. This is the very 1stHampton Inn who we all had to argue with to 1) get the room put in our individual name then 2) refused to give us our points after we paid for the room. Oh I finally got the receipt put in my name so I could get reimbursed but no points. Definitely will NOT ever stay in this location again. A bad experience and tarnishes the image of this great company.
