"It was very disappointing for myself and my family."

The first night my family and I noticed that the room was dirty. The front desk clerk dd not seem nonweldable about was was available. I requested a handicap room and when I got in the room, the seat for the tub was too heavy to install. The room itself was very disappointing. We asked for extra pillows and was told by the front desk to roll up a blanket for pillow use. The furniture seems to be the original furniture and smelled like years of use. It was not comfortable at all. headboard had grease spots that were visible on the headboard. The carpet smelled dirty, the ceiling fan had dirt on it and although there was coffee in the room, there was not a coffee pot. Thanksgiving night we returned from visiting family and noticed that the room had not been cleaned. The front desks stated that they could not get housekeeping in to work that day. When I checked out Friday morning, the Manager stated that housekeeping was off on Thursday and it was suppose to be a sign at the front desk to let the customers know. Oh well, this was not a very pleasant stay. I will not be booking here again. Oh by the way, the breakfast on Friday morning was decent.
