"I will be going back for another stay"

Everything about this hotel was good . The rooms were a little dated but nice . Good facilities and great staff . Breakfast and bar were good . The Spa also looked good but i didnt have time to use it !

I was woken up by people talking in the corridors at 1am . This happened on 2 nights .

"Pleasant stay"

Location was well sign posted to get to. Great parking facilities. There was fresh lime water for tired guest which was a lovely thoughtful gesture.

"Would of been perfect but for the pool charges"

Convenient when I’m coming in from Australia You know what your getting and you get the same experience every time

I booked through booking.com and was told I had to pay £15 to use the pool and spa facilities! Didn’t have that Clear when I booked and I payed the same price as if I had booked direct. Never been told it charged before so I was disappointed especially as I’m staying there on three different occasions when I’m over here and I have also booked my father in for a few days! They also have no rooms with just an ensuite shower in the main hotel which seems very short sighted for older guests
