Great place to stay, wished I was staying longer when I saw the spa! I was able to arrange an early check in which was so helpful.

Great trip, clean hotel and spa. Lovely evening meal and breakfast. More sun loungers in the spa would be perfect. Would definitely recommend and return

Really lovely hotel - excellent quality, with superb rooms with aircon and The White Company toiletries in the en-suite. Great breakfast, and lovely friendly staff. The only downside to this hotel is that they charge guests £6 to park, and also £15 per guest to use the swimming pool! Crazy when the rooms cost £160 per night. Come on KPH - don’t let yourself down on these points when otherwise the stay is top class. Where else really do you expect your guests to park? Otherwise, a great stay.

Hotel and facilities are lovely. Don’t agree with charging for parking at all nor an additional fee for a receipt.

Amazing team. Great service. Food was outstanding, and the room was stunning and very very clean. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Stayed here as ut felt a convenient place for the activities we had planned for the Saturday and Sunday. Whilst we were pleased to have booked a Spa hotel, having received an email 24 hours before arrival informing us that the pool and other Spa facilities were available at an extra cost. I have no problem with the treatments and other services being extra, but the pool, reqlly..... this was disappointing
