Can’t fault this place. Room is great - gorgeous pillows! Great to see trying to make efforts to reduce single use milk plastics - it was a little tough to find the milk dispenser though as I couldn’t find one on my floor - but minor issue. Restaurant in the morning was a little chaotic - quite a queue to get in and then issued getting my order to go thru, then 2 portions of the same thing came I get you make to order ti reduce food waste on the buffet but you jeee to have a simpler menu to reduce the time the host has to spend to explain the menu and want is included and what you have to pay extra for - it just makes you have a queue at the entrance!

Amazing hotel so many touches to detail whatever was needed was there. Staff went out of their way to help the bed linen was super great choice of pillows unlimited milk and water from the dispensers at the end of the corridor from Daisy the cow and a water filter machine. Comfortable sofa and chair at the table/desk just could not wish for more the towels in the bathroom were lovely. Dining and breakfast were excellent.

Was more to do with what I was paying for and different members of staff was saying different things because I asked does the extra cost your charging me does that include my breakfast dinner also spa pass it’s just I dunno why to say then on last day of checking out being asked to pay for my breakfast after being told that was paid for, for the 2 nights I was staying and also being accused of smoking in your hotel room too found that a bit of an insult too concidering I don’t smoke indoors at home. But other that I did enjoy my stay 🙂

We have stayed at the hotel 3 times now and each visit the staff have excelled in customer service throughout the hotel!

Great getaway and the staff could not have been more helpful (especially the front desk staff, thank you!!) Are in the bar which was quiet and cosy. Good food too. Pool area was very busy due to some wedding parties that were there, but still not ridiculously overcrowded. Also, considering there were weddings going on on property, didn’t hear any of the noise. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for a great stay.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. It was my second time staying and my experience was a pleasant as the first. The room was clean and well furnished. I had an issue with hairs on the duvet and bed sheet that weren’t mine but after addressing this, it was rectified. The added fridge amenity definitely served it’s purpose. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. A personal preference for improvement would be adding a handheld shower head. There was ample wardrobe space and an ironing board and iron was provided too, which was great. One difference from my last visit 5 years ago was how they provide milk and water - through a refillable jar which is very eco-friendly. Breakfast is a bit on the pricey side for what is provided however it is delicious. I had the room service breakfast option and the dine in option - both were good experiences however, with the room service option we received cold toast which I couldn’t eat. There is ample free parking space at the hotel and although the car park was always packed during my stay, I never not had parking. A visitor - the hotel cat - decided to climb through our window which left us all screaming in shock. So I suggest not leaving your windows open if you don’t like cats. Overall, a lovely experience and would definitely recommend staying here.
