"Są w Warszawie bardziej przyjazne Hotele"

Położenie

Młody Pan Menager który postanowił sobie zrobić dopłatę na wszelki wypadek gdybym skorzystał np. z mini barku. Miałem rezerwację z płatnością przy meldowaniu. Młody Pan powiedział że robi doliczenie do 1200 zł zamiast kwoty 850 którą powinienem zapłacić, co uczyniłem. Przy wymeldowaniu zapytano Mnie czy korzystałem z barku. Odpowiedziałem że nie, wówczas Pani z recepcji nie sprawdzając nawet czy to prawdą powiedziała że w tym momencie odblokowuje nadpłatę i pewnie w ciągu kilku dni dostanę zwrot na konto. Wydaje mi się ze nie przystoi to 5-cio gwiazdkowemu hotelowi. Odniosłem wrażenie że chciał się popisać władzą przed Paniami z Recepcji. Dużo podróżuję po Polsce i Europie i nigdy jeszcze nie zostałem tak potraktowany. Druga rzecz czy naprawdę wynajmując pokój moja małżonka musi pokazać dowód osobisty bo mój nie wystarczy?
