The room was a bit old-fashioned, my reservation was mixed with someone else’s, which resulted in me being charged twice and receiving the wrong room despite showing my ID. After one night, I even received a ‘no show’ cancellation notification while already staying at the hotel!!! This issue was eventually resolved and refunded, but I expected much more attention to detail.

Mycket trevligt hotell med god frukost och bra läge. Jag skulle mycket väl kunna stanna här igen.

Really excellent family-run hotel with a real attention to detail. One of those great hotels that isn't a luxury hotel but ends up feeling luxurious because it is simply so peaceful, comfortable and downright livable. I travel frequently for business and have stayed in Innsbruck several times, and this is my new favorite hotel in the city. It was a real oasis of rest and peach on a particularly punishing trip with long, full days. Breakfast is wonderful with great healthy extras like fresh green juice, sprouts, overnight oats, pumpkin and flax seeds etc. Room was incredibly comfortable and quiet as requested, facing the inner courtyard with a partial mountain view. It was also very clean, with comfortable beds and a pillow menu, just ask at the reception. I slept like a baby and I am a light sleeper and very picky. Hotel restaurant is also good, a bonus--in a good and convenient location near everything.
