Hotel Sailer

Beim Frühstück wurde leider SEHR langsam das Buffet aufgefüllt. Ich wartete 20‘ bis es wieder Käse gab. Wir waren uns von den anderen 4 Hotels, die wir besuchten. anderes gewohnt. Dort wurde das Buffet blitzschnell wieder aufgefüllt. Also bitte nachbessern. Das Restaurant unter den Bäumen war traumhaft und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Vielen lieben Dank. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

The hotel was lovely, big room, fantastic neighborhood near Aldstadt, great rain shower and amenities. Housekeeping failed to change out our dirty glasses for clean, failed to make sure we had plenty of toilet paper and tissues. We had to either search down a cart or call the front desk twice for these items in a 3 day stay. However the most upsetting was how we were treated in the restaurant by one waitress/hostess. She literally ORDERED us to sit in a hot small dining room (there were numerous available) right off the noisy kitchen. Our waiter saved us by moving us to a table in the empty “bar” and opened a window. This woman also insulted another man after us without a reservation. But we had one and were still treated horribly, patrons of their hotel. This woman should find another profession. Kudos to the young Mexican man who tried to smooth things over. He is an asset to their hotel.

ロケーションは中央駅から歩いて数分で、観光地にも歩いて行ける。 フロントのスタッフが Innsbruck Top までの行き方を丁寧に教えてくれた。 レストランの夕食で食べたシュニツェルも、サービスを含めて満足できた。 朝食も席が混むこともなく、落ち着いて食べられた。

できれば、部屋に電気ポットかコーヒーメーカーが欲しかった。

Bem localizado, staff da recepção bastante amigável, quarto bastante confortável e limpo.

Falta um box apropriado no banheiro. O staff do café da manhã é um pouco rude.

The hotel is very good, but the prices for one stay over is just unbelievably expensive.. they are totally out of reality.

Cosy sitting areas, outdoor courtyard and friendly staff. The welcome card for 3 or more nights provided meaningful discounts and free trams.

The bar wasn’t welcoming and there was no bar or light meals on offer

Convenient, near the train station and has all the amenities a hotel would be expected to provide. One thing to note is that the bathroom is not entirely closed off from the main bedroom in the “junior suite” we stayed in, so it might not be the most suitable for friends or adult siblings travelling together who would need more privacy in the shower.

Smooth and seamless check in process, clean and comfortable room, located in ideal location and very close to innsbruck station. Front desk was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to help us call external local number party for our enquiry as we're not local and cannot speak German.
