"Didn't stay! Staff didn't seem to helpful for a solution that would work."

That we were able to find another hotel cheaper.

The hotel said we didn't have a reservation after repeated emails confirming our reservation leading up to the night. They were able to offer us a king only rm for more money than what we had reserved so we ended up driving to another town.

"Only on an emergency"

Now what I expect from Wyndham . The beds were comfortable, room was so little. Outside stairs needed work and they looked ugly, they were concrete. Stairs were on the outside of building.
