Days Inn by Wyndham Champaign/Urbana

I haven't stayed at a Days inn in three decades and normally stay in much nicer hotels but was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was, comparable to some of the lower end Holiday inn Express properties. The room was newly renovated but for some reason they kept the terrible Days Inn carpet lol. Room was clean with nice soft sheets. The breakfast isn't much, toast and cereal with a couple juice options. There is a good sized fridge and a microwave in the room. The property also has a nice little laundry room, vending machine, ATM, and ice machine. Outside there is a rather large picnic area, grills, volleyball pit and basketball hoop. All in all it was pretty decent. Would consider staying at that property again, particularly when other area options are $300 to $400 a night.

It was a horrible experience. We ended up checking out soon after we checked in. We did not feel safe and the condition of the room was not clean.

The manager was very disrespectful and very rude because I was asking about my cash deposit. He raised his voice and told me that he was banning me from the property for nothing more than getting my deposite my deposit back.

Very rude and disrespectful manager that tries to keep deposited. Rooms are hot and nasty.

Bed was comfy, cute room. Gave a 4 out of 5 due to the breakfast, they had partial items, no oatmeal but had brown sugar and raisins, had cereal no milk, bagels HARD, bread stale ect. However I would stay again. Staff very friendly

The staff at this hotel are very friendly the hotel grounds and rooms are kept very tidy with up to date maintenance the location is great within in walking distance to multiple restaurants and short drive to the mall and other shopping locations great value

Liked that the hotel room was mostly renovated. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Bathroom needs a complete renovation and the room did not have a closet.
