Changing heater. Toilet not working. Had to reconnect chain myself. Smell from room and tap water horrible!

Die Lage ist gut. Man ist fußläufig schnell am Boardwalk.

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich heruntergekommen. Renoviert oder modernisiert wurde hier schon lange nichts mehr. Es waren überall Haare auf dem Boden. Gesaugt wurde dort definitiv länger nicht. Auch der Geruch im Zimmer war unangenehm. Es roch stark nach Duftspray und im innenliegenden dunklen Bad sehr feucht.

The location was great! And the lady who checked us in was so nice!

The floors were not cleaned and made our feet black, the toilet paper dispenser had rust all over it. We had also let the lady who checked us in know we had a service animal and she was fine with it. We then asked the same lady if our sister who was coming the next day pay for parking and ger some blankets and she also said that was fine. Then the next day the gentlemen tried charging my sister for a pet fee for my husband's service animal. When she asked for blankets she had to come to the office and was told she would have to pay for extra blankets. So she ended up paying for another room entirely when we were under the impression it was going to be fine because we asked ahead of time. Also be aware if you have small children. They do not have a top lock that keeps the door secure and our 2 year old was able to open the door and leave the room.

"Super Aufenthalt in guter Lage"

Zimmer war sehr sauber, sehr groß, hatte Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Kleidung, Fön etc. Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert. Personal sehr freundlich und wir konnten schon vor der Check-In Zeit ins Zimmer. Die Lage zum Strand und Boardwalk perfekt - ca. 7 min Fußweg.

Liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Für empfindliche Menschen evtl. Nicht geeignet. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört.
