In need of serious renovation — and the elevator is a real problem I expected better. The property is visibly run-down and badly in need of renovation. Loose cables hang out of the access point on the wall — the kind of sloppy detail that tells you maintenance isn't a priority here. The worst part was the elevator, which got stuck twice during my stay. That's not a minor inconvenience — it's a safety issue, and frankly unacceptable for a hotel charging guests to stay overnight. Getting trapped in a lift is not something anyone should have to deal with on a trip. The staff were fine, but no amount of friendly service makes up for a building that hasn't been properly maintained. I wouldn't return until management takes upkeep and guest safety seriously.
