Extended Stay America Suites - Washington, DC - Sterling

When we arrived we were given a key to a room that some was staying in . The beds etc were never made up while we were there. We had to go to the front desk to collect utensils , coffee maker, cups etc

Clean, quiet, and pet friendly

Good location

Checked in at 6Am and was told I had to check out at 12! Wasn’t worth the almost $200 spent for 6 hours but I needed sleep and everywhere else was booked!

The hôtel and rooms smells not good and it’s not clean

I liked the price.

They have bedbugs i figured that out at 4 am and I had to leave the hotel and stayed in my car till the office worked. Very bad experience. Will never be back to this hotel. The pictures is after I killed the bedbugs.

Bathrooms and rooms are well kept, friendly and helpful staff

The staff were all very friendly and helpful as they could be. I was very surprised that my room was so unclean. The bathroom had roaches, roaches crawling under the beds. The kitchen wasn’t clean and the carpet was severely stained. The microwave had food in it as well. No cleaner rooms were available. I was offered a new room and it was worse than the one I was in. The stove didn’t work properly. The sink pipes were leaking water. They did spray for bugs. I received a portion of my funds back after showing them pictures of all the issues.
