The staff was friendly and it was nice to only pay $25 for our dog instead of $75. It was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Would definitely stay there again.

We arrived at 4pm (1 hr after check in) and had to wait an additional 2 hours for our room to be clean. The hotel didnt offer-nor give when asked- any solution or compensation for the issue. Overall the hotel is medium. Not great, bit horrible

The smoke detector was chirping all night and we were offered No help. The staff Didn’t have a battery or Know how to open it and we were told There was No manager or Maintenance person available. We were also not able To switch rooms due to not being “choice” members. Such bs. Also the pool wasn’t filled and I had called earlier in the day asking how late The Pool was Open and wasn’t told that the pool was Closed. The carpeting was gross and the tub wasn’t clean.
