My family of 3 adults had a wonderful 4 night stay in the Helen Berger Hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel was absolutely stunning - spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The private terrace was a real highlight and the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Valencia. The room was impeccably clean, with luxurious touches and exceptionally comfortable beds even the sofa bed. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of many of Valencia’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Despite being centrally located, the hotel felt peaceful and relaxing. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with restaurant recommendations. Their attention to detail made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of high-quality options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Penthouse Room for a special and memorable stay.

The hotel is located on a quiet street within walking distance of all the main attractions of the Old Town, and also not far from the metro station. The old building in which the hotel is housed has been carefully adapted to meet guests’ needs. We stayed in a triple room located in the corner of the building, which meant that each of the two sleeping areas had access to small balconies. The room was arranged to make the stay comfortable. Triple rooms are usually quite cramped and haphazardly furnished, but that was definitely not the case here. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very kind and attentive to our comfort throughout our stay. On the day of our arrival, we got there a little earlier than the official check-in time, and it was a pleasant surprise that the room was already waiting for us. At reception, the very kind Ms. Natalia recommended places worth seeing and restaurants worth visiting. We gladly took advantage of those recommendations. When booking the room, we also chose to add breakfast, and we did not regret it. Breakfast included, among other things, excellent baked goods, fruit, cold cuts, and cheeses. You could also order egg dishes prepared fresh on the spot. The restaurant staff was also very kind. Overall, if we come to Valencia again, we will definitely stay at the same hotel.

Struttura accogliente, pulita e di design. Lo staff è molto disponibile e attento, mi sono sentita coccolata. L’hotel trova in centro ma in una via tranquilla e vicina a tutti i punti d’interesse. Ottima colazione.

Excellent stay at the Helen Berger hotel, it is centrally located in a pleasant area. The hotel was modern, rooms very clean. The restaurant was very good, breakfast was adequate. The staff could not have been more helpful – they were all excellent, from the reception area to the bar to the cleaning staff they were all great. Any questions we had were met with friendly conversation and assistance. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Goede bedden, prima douche. Het personeel bij ontbijt en in restaurant was super vriendelijk en de bediening was top. Het hotel had een prima locatie!
