STAY OUT OF THIS HOSTEL if you want to save yourself some nerves and disappointment! The customer service is horrible - the owner took our whole deposit (1000kc for one night) only because we didn't leave the place at 9am, but around a half an hour later. This is clearly a money extortion hostel - you are surprised with a deposit and then the smallest mistake according to a ridiculous set of the owner's rules makes you loose it. The person in charge there is totally rude and uncooperative in contact, they were recording us in the hostel corridors without our consent and on the top of all of it - they require guests to clean up the room before they leave! What a terrible stay! Also we have a problem with them after our trip, because they didn't want to correct invoice data, so we have a problem with our company accountant. All that time they sent us message in CZ language and show us disrespect in e-mail. Everything has been reported to booking and is now being processed.

Property is catered for short stays / overnight accommodation. Clean and tidy, The kitchen is stocked at the bare minimum. Next to a main road.

I loved the location of the area and how clean the room was. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very neat and nice. I appreciate how helpful the host were with getting the room and how much space the apartment had.

Free available parking and spacious room for families. Separate kitchen with micro fridge, stove and dishwasher.

Complicated check-in procedure with additional deposit. There was an annoying smell in apartment. The Internet was unreliable and most of the time was down. Long distance from the center.

Peaceful place quiet to sleep

They take a deposit for an apartment that is very old and has many damaged things. It says that there is internet but there is no internet, there is a network but there is no internet. The mobile number they give is answered by a woman who only speaks Czech or German. A strange smell in the building itself and the apartment.

Place was ok, especially for the price.

There is a street lamp in front of the sleeping room window and the curtains are too thin to block the light from it. The place had an online check-in, which was a bit annoying (1)required a photo ID for children as well, 2)took a deposit, which was later returned). There is however an option to do it in person for an additional fee.

It is definitely photographed really well. The room was far from that nice as pictures showed. Even if they stated no smoking room, the couch was smelling from smoke really bad and one couple had to sleep there. I am not sure who cleaned, guess not much though, found sunflower seeds on the table on the arrival day. Disgusting. Also some noise kept reocurring in the room could not figure out what as it was not the refrigirator. Kept us awake during the night couple of hours. When I asked sg, they kept messaging back in czech language...... I am someone who always pay attention to have a nice place on a trip, feels like I was scammed.
