No clean towel they smell bad, no complimentary toiletries, holes in the wall, and very unpleasant smell.

I loved it was close to everything. The front staff was nice. The price was ok. It had enough plugs to plug in electronics and a full fridge and kitchen. It had a nice selection for breakfast not gourmet, but ok.

It was run down. The cleaning wasn't that great and the toilet plugged up and they gave us a plunger that didn't really work

Real fast was not breakfast and serving area had dog hair…. Staff ignored even after being made aware. It appears as if homeless people live here…

When I walked in the (non smoking) room all I smelled was a strong cleaning chemical smell. The window was open (holes in the screen) I’m guessing to try to air out the room. After the cleaning smell started to fade, I could smell that the room had either had pot or cigarettes smoked in it or both. The carpet was filthy. There was garbage in the bathroom under the towels that had not been cleaned up from the last guest. The kitchen counter was chipped and aged. And there was only a sheet and another layer that I can only call a slightly thicker sheet, no blanket. And next door I could hear the neighbors screaming profanity at each other. When they quit screaming, the kids started up. I took a video too, but can’t upload it.

The room was clean and presentable upon arrival.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower head in the shower. It didn't have good water pressure, especially for someone like me who has a lot of hair to wash. They need to install a more modern shower head with better pressure, especially for women who have long/thick hair to wash. Also, a rail or bar in the shower would be helpful when taking a shower to hold onto something to prevent slipping while washing up.
