"Excellent"

Excellent location! The hotel is easily walkable to multiple restaurants and attractions in Greenport. The pool was great and very quiet. The bar wasn't open during our stay but lots of options nearby so not really needed.

The housekeeping services could have been better. Although we asked for daily housekeeping, the snacks and water were not refreshed and the rooms could have been cleaner.

"Perfection in Greenport!"

The room, pool and location is perfect! I think it's the only centrally located hotel with a pool. Beds very comfortable and fantastic view from our balcony.

I guess I would probably get sick of the breakfast after a few days, and it felt strange that it was all served on disposable plates - I would have liked to see a bit more fruit (other than apples and sometimes bananas) but it was fine!

The location can't be beat. The pool was nice- clean, convenient, and refreshing. The room was big with a balcony. The staff were friendly. There was parking. Seems like all the rooms have a great view, but I would not stay on the first floor. Breakfast was nice, but there could be more options and it is not clear that it is only a continental breakfast at booking.

We stayed only two nights, and they forgot to clean our room. This was not acceptable for the rate this hotel charges and because you have to request cleaning (which we did). They tried to make up for it, but this reduced relaxation and is still bothering me. The staff were not knowledgeable about the area. There were no towels at the pool the first day and requests were not responded to in a timely manner. We also traveled when it was still not in season and I wonder if their parking lot gets full and can accommodate all patrons.

"Great location and lovely property."

The property and location is great. The staff is super friendly. Only down side was not being able to check in earlier. I know the check in says 4pm so we were aware but it’s so late. Especially if you’re only visiting for one day. Also, there was a used hairbrush on the floor in the room that wasn’t ours. Which makes me question the cleaning staff’s thoroughness.

Earlier check in time and maybe more attention to detail while cleaning the room.

Location, Friendly Staff, Spacious Rooms, Clean, Lovely Views of the Harbor, Breakfast!

Well ….. it looks like it has a bar in the lobby, but it’s just for show! I would love a bar in this inn - the bar is beautiful!
