The staff were friendly upon check in.

Our room had a weird odor that was not pleasant. The sheets on our bed that were supposed to be "clean" had stains on them right where I had to lay. Breakfast options were not appealing.

Thoughtfully placed kitchenware and cleaning supplies in the room. The place felt comfortable enough to live in.

It was loud (the cars passing by) being by the main street, but that couldn't be helped. Appreciated the thick curtains to help drown out the noise.

First of all, the location is perfect: a few blocks from the freeway, fast food, grocery stores like Costco right across the street, easy access with many choices. The atmosphere is great; very clean property. The rooms are big; the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, pans, utensils, etc. Overall, the room is great: no lingering orders. I love the social hour during the week hot tub gets hot which is a huge plus after traveling and the price is great cant beat it the staff is awesome very kind and considerate and understanding I highly recommend to stay here have had no issues

"Spacious and cozy 5-star stay at Newark’s Chase Suite Hotel!"

Everything was straightforward with checking in and finding our unit without hassle. The interior of the room was spacious and the features of the kitchen was amazing. Plates, pans, and kitchen items were available if you wanted to eat in. The walls and great compared to other lodging with paper thin walls. The room is already self insulated so the warmth stayed in during the cold morning/nights. The property is on the major intersection of Newark so it was convenient to many locations. The continental breakfast options were great with the fresh options of eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage, fruits, and bread. I enjoyed the coffee.

There was nothing wrong with our room, property, and staff!
