Puntuación: 2/10 Lo que menos me gustó: Mi principal decepción con este hotel no ha sido la calidad de las instalaciones, sino una filosofía de servicio excesivamente rígida y poco orientada al cliente. Nada más llegar pregunté dónde podía tomar un café con unos conocidos que deseaban acercarse a saludarme durante mi estancia. La respuesta fue que el hotel no permite visitas de personas externas por motivos de seguridad. Me sorprendió enormemente que un establecimiento vacacional de cinco estrellas impida algo tan habitual como recibir a unos invitados en una zona común para tomar un café. Al día siguiente solicité servicio de cobertura de habitación para la noche. La respuesta fue una nota informándome de que dicho servicio no estaba incluido en mi tarifa. Lo que me resultó más llamativo no fue la inexistencia del servicio, sino que ni siquiera se me ofreciera la posibilidad de contratarlo como servicio adicional. Simplemente se denegó la petición. La situación que mejor resume mi experiencia ocurrió durante el desayuno. Una camarera se acercó a mi mesa para preguntarme si deseaba café. Le pedí un capuchino y me indicó que únicamente podía servirme un café americano, debiendo levantarme yo mismo para prepararme el capuchino en la máquina del buffet. Por separado pueden parecer detalles menores. Sin embargo, tras cuatro días de estancia, todos ellos transmiten la misma sensación: una organización donde los procedimientos internos parecen tener más importancia que la experiencia del huésped. He viajado con frecuencia por motivos profesionales y personales, alojándome en hoteles de diferentes cadenas y categorías. Pocas veces me he encontrado con una falta tan evidente de flexibilidad ante solicitudes completamente razonables. Lo que más me gustó: La ubicación del hotel y algunas de sus instalaciones.

"Fabulous stay at an excellent hotel"

All round excellent hotel and will definitely return. The hotel is beautiful and spotless clean in all areas, food is delicious and always plenty of choice. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful, really can't do enough for you. Full timetable of daily activities but no pressure to join in. Evening entertainment varied and all great, caters for all ages. No rush for sunbeds, relaxing and chilled. Amazing hotel and fabulous stay.

"Fantastic Hotel"

4th time visiting this hotel on a 9 day all inclusive privilege package.Thanks to all staff for their professionalism and kindness for a fabulous stay.They are a credit to the hotel. We had access to all the a la carte restaurants which were amazing. Special thanks to the staff in the buffet restaurant in particular the chefs who made the most amazing desserts for my gluten intolerant husband.They were truly exquisite. We hope to return in the future.

"10 out of 10 super fab holiday! 🙏"

Everything was just perfect, very peaceful by the pool (but still things going on that you could join if you wanted to)! excellent food & different food every day! All staff were wonderful, polite and helpful, fabulous atmosphere! the weather was amazing & super hot and sunny 🌞 you could swap your pool towels daily for fresh ones, your room was cleaned daily with fresh towels put out for you & beds made. A total 10 out of 10, so much so we’re coming back next year!! 🥰

"A new and exciting Horizon"

TripAdvisor Review: H10 Meloneras Horizons– Simply Outstanding! What a fantastic stay! The H10 Meloneras is one of those rare hotels that keeps surprising you in the best possible way. Its multi level design, with steps, terraces and lifts, makes exploring the resort genuinely exciting even for us in our 70s. We were still discovering new corners on our final day, which added a real sense of fun to the whole experience. As H10 Club members for over 20 years, we’ve watched the brand grow, but the Horizons experience is something else entirely. It feels like a major leap forward a new level of comfort, service and attention to detail. Service That Truly Shines: From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like treasured guests. Every single person we met, no matter their role, was warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Their kindness and professionalism are what elevate this hotel from excellent to exceptional. Dining: A Joy From Start to Finish We chose the Privilege half board option, and it was absolutely worth it. It includes: 1) Access to all gourmet restaurants. 2) A private bar with complimentary branded drinks. 3) Luxury loungers (spotlessly clean and sensibly managed no early towel dropping!) And Lots of thoughtful extras that make you feel truly looked after The hotel itself is immaculate genuinely pristine. The Gaudí restaurant was the star of the show. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. On some evenings, it felt close to a Michelin experience. Marta and her team were outstanding. We also enjoyed a made to order breakfast there every morning a wonderful treat. In the Italian restaurant, I had one of the best Spaghetti Carbonara I’ve ever tasted. The Brasserie offered a relaxed, lively atmosphere with great food and fun, engaging staff. And Sakura, the Japanese restaurant, was so good (complete with flames and theatre) that we went twice. Management were ever present but discreet, ensuring everything ran smoothly. By the end of our stay, we didn’t just feel like guests we felt like friends. That warmth is a big part of why we’ll be returning, hopefully later this year. There’s a full programme of daytime and evening entertainment, including options for children. Live music at the outdoor bar creates a lovely atmosphere in the evening, and the main shows in the auditorium begin at 10pm. A gentle stroll along the promenade behind the hotel takes you to the bars and entertainment of Maspalomas. One thought, the internet can be slow but honestly, it encouraged us to switch off, slow down and enjoy the moment. Not the worst thing on holiday. Just go. You’ll love every moment. The website gives you a taste, but the real experience is even better.
