The owner is wonderful, the property is charming, old-style, and lovely (although the rooms had a strong smell that was not comfortable for us); we enjoyed our stay. It's a great location! Full of history and charm.

It is a great place to stay. We love retro spaces and this is great! Lots of space, nice amenities and great views. Also a great outdoor area with a fire! Apparently they have a clientele that returns year after year because they all knew each other. We would go back any time.

The owner was a total sweetheart! Homemade banana bread for breakfast! A little welcome gift from an area merchant. If we ever get back to Maine - we will definately stay there again!

Great little motel with a super-friendly and accommodating staff. Felt almost like a B&B. We were delayed and arrived late - well past normal check-in time. They left a key near the door to our room to accommodate our late arrival. Lovely, fresh-baked bread and muffins were waiting for us upon our arrival. I will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.
