Super 8 by Wyndham Prestonsburg

Had a bad smell not very handicapped accessible for wheelchair i'm handicap the bathroom was not good at all I fail in the bathroom where where the floor was wet and put a big not in my head accomodations was not good at all killed a small roach in the bathroom I don't think I will be staying anymore

My room has a lot of bed bugs i was being bit all night long

The property has definitely went down hill from two previous stays here. Smelled like animal urine and very unkept.

The location was convenient to shops and where we needed to be for our trip.

The hotel was dirty. Our bathroom was falling apart, and dirty that we were hesitant to use it. The sink and toilet were super low to the ground, but the room was decent. They were doing renovations on half of the building during our stay so hopefully the room we were in gets renovated to. That being said, there was a lot of construction dust but no noise which was nice. We saw no signs of bugs and the room didn’t smell like smoke (there were previous complaints about that with non-smoking rooms).

Remodeling and should be shut down. Someone frying pork chops in their room 2 doors down from us. The smell was consistent of mold and mildew. The shower had evident of pure dirt. The commode would not flush, we went to front desk and they had the nerve to hand me a plunger, the GUEST! The water had a foul smell so bad that we had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. There were hair on the sheets. We were disgusted and can not wait to sanitize everything we had in that filth.

The place is under construction and might benefit from closing until it is done. Does not feel safe. My deadbolt didn’t work. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor that lifted when you walk on them because they were sticky? Everything stained from hard water. Carpet was disgusting and sticky. Burn holes in everything! And the smell…. When I opened the door I gagged. It smelled like cigarettes but I’m used to that, there was something rancid mixed in. They changed the room I reserved before I got there from a double to a single with a couch. My guess is someone else went to the room and complained and got switched (I completely understand) but it left me and my kids to deal with it. And I was still charged the same. We were there for a total of 7 hours, but the smell stuck to us for the whole day. Not good. Go somewhere else. I tried but it was too late. The only good thing I can say is there wasn’t any bugs in that room, I checked thoroughly.
