Super 8 by Wyndham Prestonsburg

We liked how decent the price was.

They unfortunately had us stay on the 3rd floor which was smoking, and unfortunately did not notify me about the switch of rooms. It stunk really bad up there. And it looked like they were doing construction on that floor as well.

it was dirty, sink was falling off the wall, paint was chipped on walls. not a pleasant stay

POSITIVES: Staff is SUPER friendly, polite and welcoming. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was spacious. Great breakfast of self-serve waffles and biscuits & gravy. Nightly prices were excellent. NEGATIVES: This place needs some serious updating, and it looked like it was possibly happening on the other wing (let's hope!). Our carpet was ripped in several spots. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom. Curtains were falling off the hooks. Lampshade was cracked, lightbulb was barely hanging on.

We stayed due to hillbilly days and a concert it was a fine place ppl were extra friendly

We did not stay, the hotel was disgusting, smelled terrible, no carpet, walls were dirty, bedding had holes burned in it. We walked in and walked out. Total disappointment!! Front desk was zero help!! The

Easy check in, Staff polite.

Very old, shower was broke, dirty walls bathroom, all appliances stained or in poor condition. Bathroom had several pieces of hardware that were coming out of the wall. Tv didn’t work properly. Pillows were small and severely need of replacement .Bar soap in bathroom was used.

The room smelled like a smoking room in an airport.
