"Disappointing - most expensive place on NSW coast, higher than Manly beach."

1. No facility for a second bed costing nearly $300 a night 2. In poor state - dryer didn't work; doors jamming in the bathroom - reported dryer problem not fixed. 3. Continual road noise 24-7 like a highway 4. No views all crammed in

"Excellent"

Great complex with great gardens. Bathrooms a lacked space and the taps for shower and basin individuals instead of mixers. One leaked slightly. But very cleand and tidy. Kitchen good.

"Avoid staying here at all costs. It’s overpriced, dirty and the staff are super unhelpful and rude. I come to Byron annu"

Dirty - the couch is filthy and the place is dirty and uncomfortable. The staff are unhelpful and very rude. This place is terrible for the price. There are so many better places to stay in Byron. I would avoid it.

The room was very clean. Great kitchenette and bathroom and the bed was extremely comfortable!

The pool was a little cold but very refreshing and BBQ area was great!

It was close enough to town, our unit at the back was great, top floor and no noise, very peaceful stay.
