Good location, the room was nice

Floors where dirty and sheets had a brown stain on it. There was also no plug for the bathtub.

"Great location but tired and poor value"

Apartment 14A is in a fantastic location with views up and down the beach. It is also a good size with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (which is why we chose it).

We wouldn't stay at the Breakfree again as we viewed it as poor value. The apartment itself was very tired and in serious need of new furniture and fittings. The sauna wasn't working and the spa was over chlorinated (we stunk of chlorine afterwards). It might be different if you were cooking all your meals rather than eating out. But given the competition and range of other accommodation with a much greater range of in house facilities, and much newer facilities, we will be staying elsewhere next time.

Love how it’s right on the beach. Perfect location

The windows could be cleaned more frequently, our room windows were very salty from the sea spray. And the corrosion around the windows could be dealt to as well.
