Only dislike was the train noise. Hotel is in front of the Emeryville train station.

Thisnis by far the only place to stay in Emeryville. The hotel is close to everything. Easy on and.off the Amtrak or Cal Rail. You gotta stay here

I love the place and if I ever go back to the city I'll definitely stay there.

Place is a bit outdated and the breakfast is pretty basic. Great for larger families because of the larger rooms, but I would choose Hyatt place across street next time.

Some facilities and furnitures are not friendly because of sharp edges and angles... Very painful if you are not careful with those strange design of furnitures in public areas and in the room.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and would come back again, but it may not be great for a light sleepers since it’s next to the train tracks. Pros: Great water pressure in the shower. Big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage or ham, either pancakes or French toast, hot oatmeal, vanilla yogurt, cut fruit, cow and almond milk, cereal, sliced bread and bagels, peanut butter and jelly, apple juice, orange juice, and coffee. It would have been nice if they had tortillas since they had everything else to make a breakfast burrito. It’s within a couple of blocks from some restaurants and stores and a Trader Joe’s grocery store. Con that didn’t affect us: It is right across the train tracks from the Emeryville Amtrak Station. The noise didn’t negatively affect us even when we took an afternoon nap, but it is probably not great if you’re a light sleeper. The room did come with a white noise machine.

Friendly, luxurious, easy walk from Emeryville Amtrak station. Great complimentary breakfast. Gym is small but very well equipped.

Great rooms. Bed was a bit stiff, but all around good stay.
