El Restaurant del Hotel, rica su comida, excelente y calida su atencion del personal. La habitacion con balcon hacia el parque. Elevador para subir y bajar al piso de las habitaciones. La ubicacion del Hotel inmejorable, Junto al Zocalo, frente al parque. Todo cerca. La atencion del personal, amables, dispuestos, fraternal.

Pienso que necesitan ser mas inclusivos con las personas adultas mayores con discapacidad, en el espacio para la regadera con pisos o tapetes antiderrapantes, barras para sujetarse al sentarse en el sanitario, de esta manera prevenir accidentes.

La ubicación es muy buena

El hotel ya es muy viejo, me iba a cobrar la tercer toalla cuando reserve para 2 adultos y 3 niño, igual me dijeron que se me iba a cobrar un agua adicional si pedíamos mas de las 2 que había en la habitación, el Internet super mal, lo que pague se me hizo excesivo, creo que hay mejores hoteles la verdad

EL PERSONAL NO ES EMPÁTICO, LES FALTA CAPACITACIÓN DE ATENCIÓN A HUÉSPEDES. TODO ERA UN PROBLEMA, AL NO LOCALIZAR UNA TARJETA DE INGRESO A LA HABITACIÓN EN LUGAR DE SÓLO COBRARLA EMPEZABAN LOS RECLAMOS DE PARTE DE LAS PERSONAS DEL FRONT DESK...MUY INCOMODO
