Location is excellent, was worried about noise since it is right in the heart of the city, and others had mentioned it was noisy, but I experienced no problems. It is a little dated but nothing overly concerning.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable bed and room

The windows are not double glass so you can hear the noise of the square pretty loud in the room with people singing etc. Make sure to bring ear plugs , then it is fine.
