Intermittent electricity failure in the middle of cooking and shower cubicle was very small.

Apartment was quite large, balcony was nice and somewhat close to the city main street. Easy get to. Supermarket was like 10minute away from hotel.

Keys had attached some kind of electricity switch plug that you have to plug in wall to get electricity in apartments and we only had 1 set of keys and the plug in thingy was welded into keychain. Tried to contact the owner and got 0 help at all, this is just awful. Basically in evening my mother wanted to go to sleep early and me and my gf wanted to leave for a walk and go for drinks and we basically had to leave my mom without any electricity because we had to take the keys with us so we dont have to wake her up when we come back and on top of that it turned off air conditioning and considering it was like 35c outside it was so hot inside and impossible for her to sleep. This completely ruined the whole experience which otherwise would have been very good. If this was done to save electricity from air conditioning or whatever when no one is at the apartments and im paying 500 euro for 2 nights,i bet the owner can afford to pay for electricity and still earn a lot.

A casa estava perfeitamente arrumada e limpa quando chegamos, a localização é excelente,perto do centrinho de compras de Sorrento. Os quartos são aconchegantes e o banheiro é grande. Uma sugestão seria disponibilizar guardanapos.

Location is amazing. 5m walk to everything. Apartment is a good size with a nice balcony. Air con in the rooms tbat have is is very good. Bathroom modern and nice and clean. Plenty of towels. I think the rate is expensive for what you get especially when you have to pay €30 a night for parking on top

Difficult to find where it is. Hosts didn’t bother to meet us to get city tax or passport photos. Few messages back and forth. They didn’t check that everything was ok until we were leaving when messaged to ask if we had left money for the city tax. So I didn’t find their communication great tbh. Confusing for parking but worked it out. Main bed is so uncomfortable! One very hard foam pillow. We slept badly for two nights and we’re glad to move on. Second room is tiny with no air con and not much privacy with a glass wall and a ‘hatch’. Sockets don’t take a UK charger and some were broken. Absolutely no supplies in the apartment! Not even a packet of eg salt! Some coffee, sugar, basic necessities, shower gel would have been nice. A washing machine would have been helpful, but a big drying rack on the balcony enabled some hand washing.

Nice location, big apartment, we had beautiful cut of fresh flowers waiting for us! 🪻🪻🪻Maria and the other assistance were really nice and helpful with information. Lots of little shops and restaurants near by.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, didn’t have room service and we had to request for more toilet paper and clean towels and bath mats

Really convenient location, with easy access to the old town. Comfy apartment with a well stocked kitchen

The room with twin beds doesn't have air conditioning and gets very warm overnight, even with the air conditioning on in the main bedroom

Location and privacy excellent

They should provide towel sets extra since we were there for more time

Very close to the centre of Sorrento. Ideal base for exploring. Good value for money. Good wi-fi.

Wall sockets - couldn’t get adapter into them as old and ended up charging phone in bathroom as a more modern socket. Kettle took forever to boil and kept on going on and off. Couldn’t find an ideal location to use it. In a residential area so dogs barking all hours which isn’t hosts fault but just a slight annoyance.
