I booked a stay a week in advanced went there the day of and they were saying the didn’t see my reservation and then asked how much I paid and laughed and said I wouldn’t get a room for that price when I booked the San exact way last time not my fault I found a stay for cheap !!

"We won't ever stay here again"

Front desk clerk very nice.

No hot water entire 2 day stay. Couldn't get a shower. Reported but never fixed. Snowed both days but sidewalks and parking lot never plowed. Very slippery

"Over priced and charged twice"

Location and it was clean

Hard beds. Small pillows and wouldn’t give you any more. Asked for credit card number even though room was already paid for. Assured as we wouldn’t be double charged. We were. Took half a day to get it taken off my card. No WiFi Extremely overpriced for the quality
