The pool water was a comfortable temperature.

The water was so murky and cloudy that I was scared my kid was going to get jumped on if he went under because you couldn't see him.

We stayed overlooking the pool on the 2nd floor. The indoor pool was very nice and my daughter loved it! the room was very nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good and convenient. We were there for a cheerleading competition at the convention center so the location was perfect. I can't wait to stay here again!

We loved the location in loved that the restaurant down stairs in the pool area was also nice...

The tub was overflowing constantly in when my husband lift up toilet lid it was nasty with old urine wasn't cleaned food in I also seen hair on the room floor it could've been better in I was charged twice took days to get my money back had a horrible vacation

One elevator not accessible no coffee coffee maker in rm did not work

This hotel offers both a serene location by a stream and a fun pool area for families and children, and it's not far at all to walk from the main street. Parking is free.

The room doors were facing outside and had a huge gap through which air and bugs came in. The toilet was tiny even by European standards. We had asked for a crib but it was not brought into our room until after our baby had already fallen asleep when we reminded staff about it.

It was close to downtown. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was good.

The pool was crowded at all hours. Super disappointed we booked for the indoor pool and never got to enjoy it once in 3 nights. We booked the suite and had hot showers the night we got in (both tubs filled with water and didn’t drain well also leaked out the sides) and we never had hot water the rest of the stay. I would run the water in the morning several different times for 5 minutes at a time and then in the afternoon several different times and NO hot water. We had two bathrooms in our room and couldn’t even shower. It looked as though our shower had a lot of problems. There were holes in the ceiling and the paint was discolored like it’s leaked before. We paid a lot suite at the hotel and were overall disappointed.
