Crowne Pointe Historic Inn Adults Only

Excellent Inn! The Inn is clean, and our room was very nice. All of the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast is included and made to order. The omelettes were enjoyable every morning. The cranberry orange muffins are keepers! Very nice setting outside with the pool and spa area. Very nice bartender by the pool. She had been there for only a few days, Other guests are very congenial, and it was easy to have conversations at the spur of the moment. Something I don’t normally do is get a massage. The Shui Spa is very nice and my Masseur was excellent. Great location. Convenient to commercial Street, but enough off to have some quiet.

Property is ideally located in an excellent location and that was the best thing about this hotel. Sadly that’s where the positive review ends. We found the room and common areas to be dated and tired. In addition to a broken safe upon our arrival, we also had a musty smell to our room which made us uncomfortable from the onset. When we went down to management to voice our concern, we were told to just open our windows and hope for the best. There was no real attempt to do anything for us or improve our stay in anyway. This is a pricey hotel and frankly doesn’t live up to the hype. The rooms and bathrooms are in need of a major renovation. We understand and appreciate preserving “historic” charm but for 5 star prices this was a 3 star experience (at best). Won’t be returning to this establishment.

What a hidden gem! Literally 1-1/2 blocks to the center of town with the shopping, bars, restaurants and a small beach! You can even walk to the harbor and jump on a boat to go whale watching. The hotel itself is charming with a courtyard, hot tub and a little bar and restaurant.(open Wednesday- Sunday but breakfast which was Amazing is served daily on the patio. So quaint, with such a welcoming staff. We will definitely stay again whenever we are in P-Town!

I was pleasantly surprised with all the accommodations at this property. I spent just as much time enjoying the property and room as I did in “town”( one block away)! Definitely coming back here :)

Great experience! Staff and complimentary made to order breakfast /happy hour were fantastic! Inn and spa are dated an in need up an update. Convenient to everything! Dining, shopping, whale watching! We would stay there again!

We just spent three nights at the Crown Pointe Inn and it was absolutely wonderful. They created a peaceful oasis just off of the main strip. Very close to restaurants and shops but really quiet and comfortable. The room was very pretty and clean with a large bathroom and nice bedding. Breakfast was excellent and happy hour had great wine, cheese and olives. Our favorite part was the pool area with lots of chairs and pillows, pretty gardens and the hot tub. The whole courtyard area was immaculate. The pool was so nice to float around in while chatting with other guests. The staff were friendly and helpful too. We won't stay anyway else in Provincetown!
