Hotel Bonaparte

I have stayed at Hôtel Bonaparte several times over the years. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the amenities are lovely.

The situation and the cleanliness

Everything was fine

Personnels extrêmement accueillant notamment Michael et Manon la responsable de l’établissement, qui nous ont rapidement proposé une autre chambre puisque la première etait trop bruyante. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner absolument pas conforme pour un 4 etoiles.

The staff was very service oriented and helpful. The location by the Vieux Port and in the Old City was convenient, we could walk most places.

I would have preferred a full breakfast instead of continental breakfast. There was a small fridge in the room though so we went to a grocery store and bought yogurt, fruit and hardboiled eggs.

The hotel is in a great location in Old Montreal. And the staff went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. They were very helpful. We had one of the larger rooms and it was very comfortable.

I wish they had a full breakfast on site but they only have a continental breakfast that they deliver to your room.

The windows in the bedrooms could do with double glazing as the bar across the street can be quite noisy

Déjeuner au chambre choix galette pas très bonnet jus orange malgré glace sous déjeuner était froid. Nous sommes allés déjeuner ailleurs.

Fabulous location. Friendly, helpful staff.
